Spring has come and this is the right time for people to go to sacred places to pray for a lucky, peaceful and prosperous new year. As scheduled, Viet-Phap Company together organized a spring trip at Tam Chuc Pagoda – Dia Tang Phi Lai Tu – Cay Thi Pagoda. This is not only a trip but also an opportunity for people to take a break from the noisy life to relax and find deep meaning in spiritual rituals.
On the morning of March 9, 2024, we gathered at the ICON 4 Building to get on the bus to travel to Ha Nam to begin exploring Tam Chuc Pagoda – Dia Tang Phi Lai Tu.
Tam Chuc Pagoda is famous for its unique architecture and large scale. On the temple grounds, we saw large Buddha statues, meticulously carved shrines and crypts. The most special thing about the pagoda is the mausoleum of Dia Tang Phi Lai, considered a respectful and delicate architectural work, creating a wonderful appearance for the pagoda grounds.
In addition to its architectural beauty, Tam Chuc Pagoda is also famous for its majestic and peaceful natural landscape. With its lush green meadows, peaceful streams, and distant mountain ranges, the pagoda creates a peaceful and relaxing space for everyone to visit.
After that, we continued to visit Cay Thi Pagoda – a pagoda with a very different architectural feature, a delicate combination of Japanese and Vietnamese styles, creating a peaceful space and fairies. The space around the pagoda is covered with Japanese grass and pine trees, along with the yard leading into the pagoda covered with white gravel, creating a charming natural picture.
Beside that, the name Cay Thi Pagoda originates from the hundreds of years old tree next to it, which is considered a symbol of sustainability and strong vitality. This tree is considered sacred and revered by local people. The temple is not only a place of practice for Buddhists but also a destination that attracts young people with its picturesque scenery.
At the end of the tour, we headed back to Hanoi, returning to our daily work with a refreshed spirit and full of energy. We always carry in our hearts the memorable experiences and beautiful memories from this spring trip, and are ready to face new challenges in the new year with a strong spirit and solidarity.
