Code of Conduct is a guideline for our business and society interactions. We are setting out our approach and developing our standard for proper behavior together with corporate values.
This Code of Conduct clearly outlines our expectations regarding each employees’ behavior, responsibilities and obligations towards their work, their colleagues, supervisors, shareholders, suppliers, community and society. It is applied to all Viet Phap people including Full- and part-time Directors, Managers, Officers and employees.
We encourage employees to build a culture of open communication and freedom of raising concerns about possible misconduct. But we also expect them to avoid offending, participating in serious disputes and disrupting our workplace. We hope to create a open, well-organized, professional, respectful and collaborative working environment for all our employees.
