On November 25, 2017, Viet Phap attended the 13th HOSREM Annual Scientific Conference organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Society for Reproductive Medicine (HOSREM) in conjunction with the Vietnam Association of Gynecology and Obstetrics (VAGO) organized at the Equatorial Hotel. This is a prestigious scientific activity in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, held annually to create opportunities to meet, exchange and learn among medical staff throughout the country.
The 13th Annual Conference is an important event when it has updated new knowledge and received a lot of attention in the field of OB-GYN and ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology). Featured reports relate to the treatment of Borderline ovarian tumors (BOTs), labor induction or watchful waiting in Premature rupture of membranes (PROM), the role of oral contraceptives in gynecological pathology and its latest recommendations. Classic topics such as eclampsia, lower urinary tract syndrome or current topics on infertility such as repeated implantation failure in IVF, poor quality embryos in IVF, the role of antioxidants in male infertility management and preclinical predictor of pregnancy after embryo transfer also received much attention in this conference.
There were achievement awards to honor excellent individuals and collectives in scientific research activities for their outstanding scientific papers that made great contributions to the development of reproductive health.
