2021 is a tumultuous year when the Covid-19 pandemic becomes complicated across the country, causing prolonged social distancing, severely affecting all aspects of life, especially the economy. According to a new report by the General Statistics Office, nearly 100,000 businesses withdrew from the market after the first 10 months of the year (Average more than 320 businesses closed per day). The whole country has more than 28.2 million people negatively affected by the Covid pandemic, of which 4.7 million people lost their jobs (16.5%); 14.7% million people had to temporarily stop working and production (51.1%).
Our company is fortunate to have made it through the most difficult time during this pandemic. It is thanks to the efforts of everyone, from the Board of Directors to each department and every employee in the company. Another important reason is that we always strive to bring the best products to our patients and follow our customer focus strategy. Therefore, despite many difficulties, the company’s products are still essential and favored by hospitals, doctors and patients.
Now, when the epidemic is under control, people are gradually adjusting to the “new normal” life, there will be many challenges and new beginnings for the company. Fortunately, the company has made positive changes to integrate and orient a new development path suitable for this post-Covid situation. Thanks to that, the business results are showing positive signs and I believe we will achieve the set goals for 2021.
Another new start this year is that the office in the South Vietnam has officially come into operation. The new office is located at C6-215 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCM. With open space and modern design on an area of 400m2, this will be an ideal office environment and motivation for enthusiastic Southern employees to dedicate more!

Besides, Viet Phap continues to maintain good remuneration, ensuring employee welfare during the past 2 years of the pandemic, which very few other companies can do. Each department is like a small house with love and attachment to each other to cultivate a sincere and warm Viet Phap family.
In the last 3rd quarter, the company creates favorable conditions for department heads and employees to participate in courses to improve professional qualifications and develop themselves. Understanding this, the Board of Directors donated the book “Blue Ocean Strategy” to employees so that everyone could gain more useful knowledge about the market as well as the development vision in line with the new goals of our company.
